"I have been a client of Dennis Morris for years, and the office staff, especially Conner, is absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed with them that I recommended them to my dad, who decided to switch to their services. However, when Dennis Morris went to my dad's property to take pictures of his mobile home for homeowners insurance, I was shocked by his behavior. He treated my dad—who has served in the United States Air Force and fought for our country—like he was beneath him. It was as if Dennis made my dad feel inadequate and as though he wasn't worthy of insurance coverage. I couldn’t believe that an insurance agent would act in such a disrespectful manner, especially one that I had personally recommended. I was beyond disappointed and decided to change my insurance agent due to the blatant disrespect shown to my father."
